EASY CRISPY CHEESE POTATO CUTLET

Ingredients for 3 servings.

Potato - 3 medium size
Mozzarella Cheese -  2 cubes (50 Gms)
Bread Crumbs - 1/2 cup
Olive Oil - 1 tbsp
Salt - 1 tsp
Green Chilli - 1 pc
Garlic clove - 4 pcs
Oregano - 1 tsp
chat masala - 1 tsp

Method : Take 3 boiled potatoes and mash it with all the ingredients listed above (except bread crumbs) Now make small cutlets and coat with breadcrumbs , use a bit of olive oil in your hand to avoid sticking. Airfry for 10 minutes at 180 and then 5 minutes at 200 degree C

Serve hot with your favorite sauce.
