OIL FREE SABUDANA VADA IN AIRFRYER



Ingredients

  1. sago (sabudana) 1/2 cup
  2. boiled and mashed potatoes 1 cup
  3. rajgira flour 1/4 cup
  4. grated ginger (adrak) 1 tsp
  5. green chillies, chopped 1 to 2
  6. lemon juice 1/2 tbsp
  7. chopped coriander (dhania) 2 tbsp
  8. salt to taste


Method

  1. Wash the sabudana. Drain and keep aside for about 2 hours. If necessary, sprinkle a little water to moisten the sabudana.
  2. Mix the sabudana along with all the other ingredients and knead lightly to form a soft dough.
  3. Divide the mixture into 12 equal portions. Shape each portion into a round and flatten slightly.
  4. Pre heat the Airfryer at 200oC. Brush the Tikkis with oil and air fry at 180oC for 10 minutes or till slightly golden brown on the outside.
  5. Serve hot with chutney
